Urufushine Shrine 火災

概要

On April 27, 2026, a fire destroyed the main hall of Urufushine Shrine in Nabari, Mie Prefecture. The wooden main hall, built around 1870, was about 50 square meters. Part of the worship hall also burned. A passerby reported the fire around 3:55 p.m. No injuries were reported. The priest said the main hall had no electrical power and no open flame when he cleaned it that morning. Police are investigating the cause.
